Rabinowitz President and Chief Executive Officer   Mr. Rabinowitz has been actively engaged in the acquisition and recovery of non-performing loans for his entire 25-year professional career. Mr. Rabinowitz is regarded as an expert in the field of acquisition and recovery, and is a frequent participant in industry seminars. He has served on numerous panels addressing industry issues. Currently, he oversees all operations and serves as the principal liaison with the lending institutions supplying the Company's credit facilities. Howard Kaufman Chief Operation Officer   Mr. Kaufman has more than thirty five (35) years experience recovering hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial, consumer, credit card, student, medical and government portfolios. Having directed and managed the largest and most successful consumer collection law office of its time, Mr. Kaufman is considered to be one of this country's foremost authorities on collection practices. He has extensive experience in the design and development of collections systems with state-of-the-art features such as prioritization, predictive recoveries, point-scoring and autodialing. He received a B.A. from Brooklyn College and has taught credit and collections as well as conducted numerous seminars. Mitchell Broder C.P.A.   Mr. Broder is the Company's Accountant providing internal auditing processes. Mr. Broder has a decade of experience in receivables acquisition and recovery, and has been consulting for the company since its inception. Mr. Broder received a B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College in 1979, pursued graduate work in taxation at Pace University and received his C.P.A. License in 1982 from the State of New York. Mitchell Domershick Senior Vice President   Mr.Domershick recently joined the company as the company's Senior Vice President of Business Development. He acquired his expertise in the acquisition and recovery industry as the President and owner of NTL Capital, LLC and the FGNY Group. Prior to his years in the acquisition industry he traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Asia for the largest producer of women's accessories in the country. Mr. Domershick received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Hofsta University. Elizabeth J. Schaefer General Counsel   Ms. Schaefer is the Company's General Counsel and Compliance Officer. She oversees outside counsel around the country, handles all bankruptcies and compliance issues as well as corporate matters for the Company. She practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Miami, Florida representing various financial institutions and the FDIC and RTC for twelve years. A member of the New York and Florida Bars, she holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and B.A. in Political Science from Purdue University. Century Liquidation Inc.
